Homesick

はやくもホームシック。ママのご飯食べたい。

今日は、これから住む家探し。前回住んだ家は、安くていい場所だったけど、寒くて狭かったから、今回は暖かくて広い部屋に住みたい。

I already feel homesick now. I wanna have meals made by my mom.

Today, I'm gonna seek an accommodation. Last time I was living in cheap one but it was small and cold. Therefore, I wanna live in a kind of warm and big flat in this time.

今年は、オランダとフィンランドに行く。

それ次第で、アールト大学再受験。

家族とロンドン観光。

I wanna visit Netherlands and Finland in this year.

I'm not sure but I might apply to Aalto University according to a viewing of this university.

I will travel around London with my family.

A Difference of Culture

最近、友達に会うと決まって結婚の話がでる。あいつとあいつが結婚したとか、子供がもう二人いるとか。
自分にはまだまだ縁遠い話だから、今日は結婚について話したいわけじゃなく、結婚式における女性の肌の色について。 

日本の女性のほとんどは美白にこだわり、肌を白くしたがる傾向にある、思うに。 そんなことを、イギリス人の英会話の先生に話したら、イギリスの女性はどちらかというと赤褐色な感じにしたがると言っていた。
というのも、ほとんどのイギリス人は肌が焼けることをあまり嫌に思っていないらしい、日本の女性と違って。それは、どれだけフリーな時間があって、遊ぶお金を持ってるかを示すものらしい。といっても、イギリスにいると日焼けはまずしないだろうな、ほとんど曇ってるから。だから、旅行でスペインとかイタリアとか南国とかに行って日焼けして帰ってくる。これが、遊ぶための時間とお金を持ってるんだってことになるんだとさ。 


When I meet my friends recently, we usually talk about marriage, like a feller I know got married to someone, and a lady I know already have two babies.
However, that makes no difference to me. I don't think I can marry someone now at all. Anyway I don't wanna talk about marriage today. I just wanna talk about colours of female skin at a wedding.

I think most of Japanese women prefer getting their skin fair like the snow at a wedding. When I talked to my English teacher from England about this, he told me that some British females are more likely to get their skin russet like a suntan than fair.
Because they don't think that the suntan is bad, but Japanese do. In England, getting skin tanned indicates how much time people have got for their leisure and how much money they have got for it. I did say so, however, British people can't get tanned because it's usually bloody cloudy in England. Therefore, they usually get tanned by taking trips to Spain, Italy and southern countries. This shows that they have much time and money for their free time.

Ouch!!!

昨日、残りの親知らずを抜いた。これで、もう親知らずはない。虫歯もない。
今日の朝になって腫れだしてきた。どのくらい腫れているか、写真載せます。

Yesterday, I had my wisdom teeth pick up.　So there is no wisdom tooth in my mouth.　Bad tooth neither.
My jaw is swelling this morning.　I'm gonna show you how much swelling my jaw is.







最近、太ったから、これでまた痩せれそう。実際、うどんとおかゆしか食ってない。

I've put on a bit recently. I think I could lose my weight because of this. In fact, I can only eat Udon and rice.



ところで、歯医者に身長図るのあったから、図ってみた。そしたら、2cm伸びてた。やったね！まだまだ成長期！

By the way, there was a device for majoring heights at the dentist, so I majored myself. I got more 2cm. I'm still growing.

A Barbecue Party

お盆休みたのしんでいますか？
ぼくは昨日、家族とバーベキューしました。バーベキューは毎年恒例でやってるんだけど、今回は英語の先生とその奥さんを招待した。

Have you been enjoying Obon holiday?
Yesterday, I had a barbecue party with my family. Though we take one every year, I invited my English teacher and his wife to this party.



先生はリバプール出身の25歳。奥さんは日本人で、その妹さんは大学院生でテキスタイル勉強してるんだって。こうゆうのすごく運命感じてしまう。
仲良さそうなカップルでうらやましかったな。

The English teacher is 25 from Liverpool in England. His wife is Japanese and her little daughter has majored in MA Textile Design. I can't help thinking of this thing as fate, because I majored in BA Textile Design when I was a university student.
I envy them because they really get along with each other.

A Piece of Bad News

久しぶりのブログ更新。
最近は海に祭りに花火と夏を楽しでいます。コンパクトデジカメがほしい。iPhoneのカメラは使い物にならない。

いいこともあれば悪いこともあるのが人生で、今日は悲しい知らせを一つ。
バイトやめさせらる。というのも一件のクレームが原因なんだけど。

4日前くらいだったと思う。閉店の時間になったから、客に「閉店の時間になりました。」と伝える。15分後、まだ帰らないから、「当店、閉店の時間が過ぎました。お帰り頂けないでしょうか。」それから5分後やっと帰る。
このお帰り頂けないかという言葉に腹をたてたらしく、本社にメールしやがった。
しかも、そのメールの内容が、こんな不愉快な接客をされた。こんな人はやめさせるべきだって。
それで、やめせられるわけだ。

クレームだすのいいけど、やめさせろなんよく言えるよなって思う。実際、留学するから8月いっぱいでやめる予定だったし、店長にこのこと伝えなくてよくなって、手間が省けていいけど。

今は、人手も足りないから、8月いっぱいまで、バイトしなくてはいけないみたい。

みなさんも気をつけてください。


I haven't updated my blog for a long time.
I've been enjoying summer vacation by going to the sea, joining festivals and seeing fire works. I want a digital camera. A camera with iPhone sucks.

There are not only some good things, but some bad things in one's life. Therefore, I'm going to talk about my bad news.
I'm going to be fired from the part time job because of a complaint about my service.

I think that it happened 4 days ago. There were some customers in Izakaya where I works. They stayed until the closing time, so I said 'We are closed.' After 15 minutes, they still were there. Therefore, I said 'The closing time has gone. Please go home.' After 5 minutes, they finally went away there.
They were angry at the word that Please go home, so they sent an email about this thing to the main office.
A matter of that email is that 'We suffered from such a unpleasant service.' and 'You have to fire the guy.'
Therefore, I'm going to be quitted.

I don't care about the complaint, but I don't believe that they want me to be fired. It's a kind of stupid thing. In fact, I have planed to quit my job at the end of August because I'm studying abroad, so I don't need to tell my boss this thing. It's a kind of good thing.

My boss need more workers so I don't have to quit now. I can work until the end of August.

Movie 5

昨日、『カーズ２』みてきた。
最高！トイストーリーもいいけど、カーズもいい！

Yesterday, I went to a theatre to see a film which is called 'Cars 2'.
It was awesome! 'Cars' as well as 'Toy Story' is a great movie.
